When to call

If in doubt, ring us

Anything that's flooding, won't stop running, smells of gas or sewage, or has left you with no water or no hot water is worth a call. The sooner we know, the sooner we can talk you through shutting things off and get a plumber on the road.

Not sure if it can wait until morning? Call anyway. We'd rather help you work that out than have you sit with a problem that gets worse overnight.

It depends where you are and how busy the night is, but we'll always give you an honest estimate when you call rather than leaving you guessing. We send the closest available plumber.
After-hours work is charged differently to a standard daytime job, and we'll be clear about that on the phone. You'll get a price before we start the work, not a surprise on the invoice.
If there's flooding, no water, a gas smell, or sewage backing up, treat it as an emergency and call. If it's a dripping tap or a slow drain, it can usually wait for a booked visit. When you're not sure, ring us and we'll help you decide.
Yes. If you smell gas, leave the building, don't touch switches, and call us from outside. Our licensed plumbers can make the gas safe and sort out the fault.
